Customer Care Policy
We strive to protect our clients privacy and security. This website is run using Google Analytics and WIX and adherent to all reverent policies with each of the hosting companies.

We also adhere to the Canadian Consumer Protection Agency guidelines on consumer awareness, fairness and transparency. Assuring no hidden fees with sales.
Warranty & Return Policy
All items sold can be returned within 15 days of arrival, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. Items being returned based only on the customer not wanting to pay import fees will not be accepted. The reason for a return can not be changed by the customer after it has been stated in writing (Electronic) , any attempt to do so will result in the return being denied.
All items are sold without applicable warranties or any guarantees of operational status unless a warranty is specified on the specific item purchased. If a warranty is specified on the item purchased, the customer must notify in writing (Electronic) the business (Eastern Ontario Vending Solutions) about the items defect and the request for the item to be warrantied before 23:59 EST on the last day of the warranty period. If the notification is sent after 23:59 EST on the last day of the warranty period, no refund or warranty claims will be accepted or given. For all warranty claims photos / video documentation of the alleged issue related to the warranty claim may be requested prior to a warranty claim being approved.

If an item arrives damaged, Please notify in writing (Electronic) the business (Eastern Ontario Vending Solutions) within 7 days of the package arrival. Photo / Video evidence of the damage will be requested as well as any damage to the box / packaging material.

Items that show signs of intentional damage will not be eligible for a warranty exchange or refund. Items that show signs of intentional damage will also not be eligible for returns regardless of reason given for the return.

Please note, for financial institutions located and or based in Canada it can take up to 30 days for a refund to appear on your account statement. For financial institutions located and or based outside of Canada it can take up to 45 days for a refund to appear on your account statement.

Shipping Policy
We strive to make your shipping experience a pleasurable one, items will always be shipped using Canada Post, in the event of a labour strike packages may be sent using an alternative shipping provider.
Due to the ongoing tariffs between Canada and the United States of America we (Eastern Ontario Vending Solutions) are unable to guarantee that you will not receive a bill from Customs & Boarder Services or other applicable agency for the import of equipment / products. We (Eastern Ontario Vending Solutions) are not responsible for any bills given by any government for the import of out equipment / products and will not pay any part of the bill.
